awesome tool. forget the last feedback

since the last commenter didnt know what a plate joiner was before purchasing, i feel it was not a real review. one would wonder what he thought he was buying. i have this exact item and it has been a great tool that has saved me alot of time. i got it for $40 after a 25% discount. great for making cabinets.

Love It!!

after comparing this joiner with the dewalt, i purchased this one for $55. The dewalt was going for $189. As far as i can tell, they do the same job. My only complaint is that the adjustment screw to change the depth of the blade was incredibly difficult to adjust. A phillips screw driver wasnt enough. Had to use needle nose vise grips to adjust the screw. But once you get it calibrated, your all set. I love it!!

my husband is impressed by the quality and results. He is going to look at other tools by Chicago Electric.
