Product Description
Festool Beech Tenons are made from all-natural, solid hardwood for strength and stability. The Beech Tenon serves as a true floating tenon in mortise and tenon applications such as furniture, cabinetmaking, casing and frame work. The flat, elongated design will not rotate, ensuring perfect alignment for both edge and face gluing. Suitable for both plywood and solid wood applications, the dense beech tenon will not expand or telegraph through material, leaving you with clean, flat, and consistent surfaces. The Domino Tenon is embossed with glue pockets, and is approximately 2mm shorter than nominal length, allowing space in the mortise for glue. Tenons come in removable plastic bins. Assortment includes 5 Cutters, Domino Assortment Systainer, and 1060 tenons. Tenon assortment: 4 x 20mm (450), 5 x 30mm (225); 6 x 40mm (150); 8 x 40mm (100); 8 x 50mm (75); 10 x 50mm (60). Dominos Anyone?
By Randall L Horst
It's not the game! It's faster stronger joint. I have both pocket screw and biscuit joiner. All Festool are VERY expensive till you use them. Then there brilliant and you want them. Narrow rails and stiles that need to be strong the domino is the way to go. This systainer will the main sizes of domino's in order. The bits are secure in a padded case and the sizes and bits are color coded by size. The stuff is all very well designed.

if you are getting the domino, you will want to buy this for the cutters and the dominos themselves
By Max
Unless you are doing a specific project and you are only going to use one cutter and size of domino, you will eventually end up buying all of these things anyway. I read a review that said this, so I bought it at the same time as the domino and I'm glad I did that.
Some people pointed out the high cost of this, but that's the deal with Festool. It costs a lot, but saves you time and is high quality. Every other brand of powertool that I own has had quality problems (Bosch, Dewalt, Rigid, etc), and not a single Festool has had an issue even though I use them about 10x more.
The tools are satisfying to use, perform perfectly if you follow their instructions, and save me time. If I were a pro contractor, it would be a no-brainer to invest in these as they would pay off again and again. But even as a DIY-er, I choose festool products because I don't want to waste time, I enjoy using their products, and they help me produce better work.

Great companion to the Domino
By chucksdust
What can I say, they just go together and do so very well. You get the extra bits and a great assortment to boot.
Cheers
