Works for little projects

Cutters work well if you can line up perfectly with the weld. If not the teeth break off easily. If you have to cut lots of spot welds get a better set of cutters

Blair 3/8 inch spot weld cutter

Work great, the way I found them to work best is drilling a 1/8 pilot so the bit won't jump around and use lubricant to make the life of the bit last a lot longer.
