These work great on dark exotic lumber. They work OK on lighter colored domestics. The price is great too. not much more to say

The right marker for the project

I was restoring a classic car. When the car was originally built it had crayon marks on the frame to indicate build information. I needed to reproduce those marks exactly as they came out of the factory. I spent some time looking for the right marker. These worked perfectly and I received no deductions for the marking when the car was recently judged.

Works well on dark woods

Make sure to get a different color for light woods. Doesn't show well on Maple or Cherry. I have found red to be a good color to use as well.
