The Porter-Cable PCFP12656 Finish and Brad Combo Kit contains: a 6-gal 150 psi compressor (drives more nails than traditional 135 max psi compressor) that weighs only 30lbs, 2.6SCFM at 90 psi, maintenance-free pump, and 120V electric unit which allows user to run on standard household current / FN250C 16 gauge 2-1/2-Inch Finish Nailer uses standard 16 ga. finish nails from 1-Inch to 2-1/2-Inch long / BN200C 18 gauge 2-Inch Brad nailer which uses standard 18 ga. brad nails from 5/8-Inch to 2-Inch long. All nailers and staplers have long life maintenance-free motors, tool-free depth-of-drive adjustment with detents for proper setting of nail heads, and tool-free jam release mechanism for easy nail removal. Great combo kit, Almost perfect

I had borrowed an identical kit previously to install some trim. I loved how well and consistently the nailguns worked. When I saw the set on sale I picked up one of my own. They never jamed, were quiet, light-weight, and easy to load. The compressor also works very well and seems to be well made. It refills relatively quickly. I also like the fact that it has ports to run 2 lines at once. However, it could use a few small improvements (hence the 4 stars). It is a bit louder than it needs to be for such a small compressor. I have worked with larger units that were not as loud as this. I would love to see a filter on the air intake for working in dusty conditions. As far as I can tell it does not have one. Lastly, the hose connecting the compressor to the tank is too small. The result is that the hose gets very very hot. I would think a larger diameter would allow for faster fills and eleminate the heat. I consider these minor issues. Overall, this is a great quality tool at a good price.

Does everything I need it to do. Pressure builds quickly and quietly. Small enough to carry around easily. Nail guns work well too.
