Best saw on the market

I have owned my current saw since 1992. I have had no issues ever! (Except changing the cord) Subcontractors will show up on the job with VERY HEAVY worm drive or cheap circular saws that are nearly impossible to see your cut line. I always keep a sharp blade mounted and blow the dust from armature quarterly when I check my cords for OSHA related problems.
This saw is so light, predictable and durable that I would never purchase another brand.

I picked up this saw at HD for around 114. It's a beast so far. I used to have an old skil sidewinder that just didn't cut it for my kind of work (punny!) I just used it today to rip some 10' 2x4s in half and it was great! Anyways, I'll just jump into the pros and cons of this tool.
PROS
Real cheap!
No changing oil AT ALL!!!!
Most powerful circ saw motor on the market that I know of (2300W, I think the Skil hd77 is like 2100)
A bit lighter than other worm drive saws
CONS
Baseplate is off and numbering is hard to read
Circle arbor sucks and sometimes the blade gets loose and spins free so you have to retighten it
Start up kick is pretty bad. You need to start up the saw about one and a half inches back from the material otherwise the kick will knock the blade off your mark
No rafter hook (although I never use it, some people do)
UPDATE!!!!
Almost two years later I still have this saw. I don't use it that much anymore (I got the Bosch 1677) and here's why. The saw simply isn't strong enough to meet the demands of day-to-day professional use. I would definitely recommend this as the best saw a homeowner or DIYer can get but it doesn't have the juice to keep up with framing on a daily basis. I'm still keeping it at 5 stars because this is a really great tool for the price ($114) and it's the top of the line (for the non-pros.)

I have used both types of Skil in line saws [worm drives] and have loved them. I needed a new one after 34 years and landed on the Makita while shopping. For $123, I could not pass it up. After using it for the last three months, I can say it's the best in line saw I have ever used. I highly recommend this saw!
