It would be fine for LP gas, but the rating for NG is not good. I should have listened to the previous two reviews that stated the interior diameter and openings were too constricted for natural gas.

this hose is 1/4 male npt by 1/4 female flare. almost everything natural gas, needs 3/8 diameter hose in order to function correctly. this hose is useless for space heaters, not sure what it is intended for. it would have been nice if they stated the size...

item was returned for leaking. ended up buyimg a shorter hose which worked like its suppose too. do not buy.
