Price was very good. This s my first miter saw, so I don't have much to compare with, but it certainly does the job. One issue I found is that when making straight cuts, you have to be careful to set the tilt angle at zero, since the saw will go to beyond that. If you just assume it will stop at zero (vertical), you can make a cut at -4 or so degrees.

I love this little guy! I have used it a few times now for chair rail molding and small miter work. I have never used power tools so watch a TON of YouTube videos with this machine and it was useful for sure! Once I got over the scariness of the power tool it was smooth sailing:). I now love this saw and plan on adding more power tools to my collection...my husband said it was a great saw for its size and price too!
