Mostly OK

The tool works well, and polishes as expected. The speed control however is not as smooth as on other variable speed tools that I have. No matter how slowly and evenly I press the trigger, the tool still jerks when starting. Once started, it works fine.

Not Very Happy With Product

We used the unit three times and it died. The untit we replaced, same model number, was used for years with no issues. After calling DeWalt, they said becasue it was over 30 days old I had to send it to the repair center for repair becasue it was purchased through Amazon and not through DeWalt? It is there now and will be down for about two weeks. I would think hard before I purchased another DeWalt product.

Great machine

The polisher is a great addition to our detail shop. We use them every day and they do their job wonderfully.
