Actually works

There are videos on youtube showing how to do this...lay on diluted joint compound with a roller, level it off with this. I was shocked at how well it worked. If I can learn to skim coat, anyone can.

Works well for skim coating drywall

This is a bit tricky to use but you can watch Youtube videos showing how this can be used to skim coat walls quickly. It definitely works and made my life easier with a recent bathroom renovation I did.

This trowel was recommended to use by a separate website regarding skimcoating. The trowel worked really great. We were concerned that it would be a difficult job above our experience level, but we moved along very well. We thought that a smaller trowel might have been better for the size of the walls we were doing, but otherwise the product was fine.
