Black & Decker BDCMTO Matrix Oscillating Tool Attachment
By S. C. BURKE
I bought this for my Craftsman 20 volt drill, same as Black and Decker ! Attachments fit perfectly and are less expensive than the Craftsman labeled attachments. Works perfect for the handyman or around the house type jobs.

Extremely Useful
By Gregory W Cooper
I bought this along with several other Matrix attachments. I've used them all, and I love the matrix system!
This little tool is so useful. The times that I've used it, there was really no other power tool that could do the job. Short of getting a mallet and chisel, nothing else lets you cut as arbitrarily as this.
I recently moved into a house and had carpet installed. When I ripped up the old carpet, I found a lot of water damage to the sub floor. I used this in conjunction with a circular saw set to a shallow depth to remove the damaged subfloor with precision.
Highly recommend the matrix system.

lessons in oscillating tools
By Tim
This attachment works great! I purchased primarily to cut bolts, nails and wood in confined spaces and it works like a champ. I burnt up the first blade it came with learning the do's and don'ts of oscillating tools. Basically do take your time and don't force the blade when cutting. Let the blade do the work and stop often to let the blade cool or you'll go through a dozen trying to make one cut.
The only issue I have with this tool is the blades... it appears they are all but impossible to find. The wood cutting and drywall blades can be found at sears. But if you are like me and want to cut metal or even use the "universal arbor" blades then look into an adapter made for the porter cable oscillating tool. This will give you more choice in finding a blade for your tool since no local retailers are stocking them. If you prefer buying online so beit, but if you are in a hurry and need a project done the adapter will save your bacon.
Cheers!
