2My Son was dissappointed with them
By Scouter Tom
My son who is the welder didn't like them. He says they start the arc easier but they burn funny. The welder he was using them on is a ThermalArc 95. He's had no problems at all with Thoriated electrodes. I had gotten these with high hopes for him because others had reviewed them highly..

5Good quality for the price
By Dj Magic Mike
First attempt at less expensive electrodes. I was using Thoriated and switched to 2% Lanthanated. So far, I am noticing that the electrodes do not ball up as easily as the thoriated electrodes. I hate to say it, but for the price these really cannot be beat.

I am an amateur welder and I weld things for my own car builds and projects. If you rely on your welds for business, you may want to use a more reputable manufacturer but for us hobbyists or for people who's welds are not critical, these are a real good bang for the buck. No complaints here.

5Great product
By William
These burn great & ball up very little at high amps. Great for aluminum work. I use these in stead of thoriated now.
