CRL Closed Cell Backer Rod is a round, flexible, closed cell polyethylene foam with an exterior "skin" used as a backing and thickness control device for elastomeric and other cold-applied sealants. The backer rod becomes an integral part of the joint into which it is installed and therefore is available in a range of diameters to accommodate joints from 3/16 inch to 1-5/8 inch. It limits the depth of the sealant, therefore preventing excessive use of sealants. Because the sealant will not bond to the "skin" of the rod, it can stretch and recover with joint movement, with minimal stress being put on the points of adhesion to the substrate

Woodpeckers Drill Press Table features a generous 16" x 23" x 1" surface constructed of a MDF core covered with Formica Micro-Dot laminate - a unique texture which is a grid of small dimples that collect saw dust, allowing the surface to better grip the work piece under pressure. The Jancy USA-101 120V, 11.5 amp portable magnetic-base drill press is a good choice for fabricating in confined spaces, has a 1-1/2” maximum cutting diameter, a 2” maximum cutting depth, an internal chamber that delivers coolant through the arbor, and an electromagnet with a dead lift of 1480 lb. and a drill point breakaway of 650 lb. on 1” thick steel when drilling holes 1-1/16” diameter and larger. Safety features prevent the drill from turning on if the magnetic field is not strong enough to hold the drill, turn on a warning light when the magnetic field drops to an unsafe level, and turn the motor off if the press breaks free from the surface to which it is attached. Magnetic drill presses are used in steel fabrication industries to drill holes in steel where it is necessary to move the drill to the workpiece, such as ship and bridge building. The Dake B-10 model manual utility hydraulic bench press uses a single-speed hydraulic handpump to lower the ram with up to 10 tons of force to facilitate pressing and forming. The channel iron H-frame accepts large and bulky items, and the hoist adjusts the table height for proper positioning. The workhead is movable to adjustment for off-center pressing. The hydraulic cylinder and pump handle can be positioned on either side of the press to maximize workspace and comfort. The release valve turns to release the hydraulic pressure, initiating ram return after downstroke. Closing the valve at any point during the ram return will halt the ram.

Two interchangeable ram noses are included: a flat nose piece for use in standard pressing operations and a step-reduced nose piece for supporting, positioning, or fitting into pieces when pressing. The two table plates provide support during pressing. The press has a gauge with a 2-1/2"-dia. display for pressure readings. The base has four 7/16"-dia. holes for bench mounting. Mounting hardware is not included. Hydraulic oil is not included. Press requires some assembly.
